Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: September 2026
Thank you for using the services of Dr. Krystal Lassiter (the “Coach”), operating as Burgeonest, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, landing pages, and web pages (“Site”) hosted via Kajabi, and our coaching services, including The Reset Experience, our 3-session educational coaching program (the "Program"). By registering, purchasing, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
About the Program
The Program is a 3-session educational coaching offering, available in two formats:
- One-on-one Coaching — individual sessions with the coach.
- Group Coaching — sessions conducted with other participants present.
Participants also receive:
- A digital workbook
- A devotional companion
designed to support the coaching process.
Coaching Services
Burgeonest, LLC provides coaching services, not psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric care, or medical treatment. The Reset Experience is a collaborative process designed to provide guidance, support, education, and accountability for personal growth and development. It is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, financial advice, legal advice, or any other service provided by a licensed professional. This experience and its host do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. By engaging in The Reset Experience, you understand and agree that you are responsible for your own decisions, choices, actions, and results.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of self-harm, or a medical emergency, please contact a licensed professional, call your local emergency number, or in the U.S. contact or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) immediately. Enrollment in the Program does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, or other licensed-professional relationship.
Eligibility
By enrolling, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are enrolling voluntarily and understand the nature of the Program.
- You do not have a condition that coaching (as opposed to clinical treatment) would be inappropriate or unsafe for, and that if you are uncertain, you will consult a licensed provider before enrolling.
Payment and Insurance Reimbursement
To reserve your seat in The Reset Experience, payment is required at the time of booking. All fees are listed in United State Dollars (USD) and are subject to change for future enrollments; your enrolled price is locked in once payment is made. You may choose to pay in full or take advantage of the available pricing options.
When a multi-payment pricing option is selected, the initial payment holds your requested session while the remaining balance is completed according to the payment schedule provided at checkout. Please note that your session is not confirmed until the full balance has been received.
To ensure your session remains secured, the remaining balance must be received prior to your scheduled session. If the remaining balance is not received by the required due date, we will send a notice to the email address on file. If payment is not received within 24 hours of that notice, the reserved session time may be released. You are responsible for ensuring the email address on file is current and regularly monitored, as this is how all payment and scheduling notices will be sent.
If you wish to explore whether your insurance plan offers reimbursement for coaching services, additional information and documentation related to your coaching experience may be provided upon request. You are responsible for confirming eligibility and coverage directly with your insurance provider prior to submitting any documentation.
Reimbursement or coverage is not guaranteed and is determined solely by your individual insurance plan and provider. Submission of documentation does not constitute a claim on your behalf or guarantee payment or reimbursement.
Refund Policy
Due to the limited availability of seats, all registrations are final. You have a 48-hour grace period from the exact time of purchase to request a full refund. After 48 hours, all payments are completely non-refundable, and any outstanding payment plan balances remain due.
Rescheduling and Attendance
Group:
- Your transformation requires consistency. The cohorts are designed as a supportive group experience, and consistent attendance and participation are important to ensure each participant gets the most from the experience and the connections formed within the group.
- Any group sessions missed or canceled without prior notice will be forfeited. Emergency exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
One-on-One:
- The one-on-one floating deep-dive sessions may be rescheduled, schedule permitting, at the discretion of the coach. However, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required. Any sessions missed or canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, must be rescheduled and completed within 7 business days. If it is not completed within this window, the session credit will be forfeited. Emergency exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Technology & Virtual Session Requirements
All sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom. You are responsible for ensuring you have reliable internet access and a compatible device with a working microphone and camera prior to your scheduled session.
We encourage you to test your equipment and connection in advance and arrive at your session a few minutes early. Technical difficulties related to the participant's device, internet connection, or equipment do not automatically qualify for a refund.
Intellectual Property
All materials, resources, worksheets, session content, and exercises provided — including the workbook and devotional — are thoughtfully designed for educational, supportive, and personal use only. These materials are copyrighted and may not be reproduced, replicated, sold, shared for commercial purposes, or publicly distributed.
GROUP COACHING CONFIDENTIALITY
If you participate in group sessions:
- We ask all participants to keep what is shared by others in the group confidential.
- We cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality, and we are not liable for disclosures made by other group members.
- Please avoid sharing information you are not comfortable with other participants knowing.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information at signup.
- Attend sessions as scheduled and engage in good faith.
- Take responsibility for your own emotional and physical well-being during and between sessions, including seeking outside professional support if needed.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Burgeonest, LLC, its coaches, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program. The Program is provided "as is," and outcomes are not guaranteed. Your use of the Program and the Site is at your own risk.
Termination
We reserve the right to remove any participant from the Program, including group sessions, if their behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or violates these Terms, at our sole discretion.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
